... and it's time to weigh-in again.
Things have been going pretty good so far. Today I went to my training session and then walked again for another hour. I wanted to get another work out in tomorrow but I'm supposed to take my son to an Easter Egg Hunt playdate (the eldest child is at the grandparents for the night).
I will say that today my legs were really sore. Just super tired. But I'm not going to give up. I think this workout schedule is going to work out for me. And once I get more and more into my routine, I can start making adjustments to the intensity. But for now - I think it's totally doable.
So what's been working for you? Have any tips to share?
