Okay, so I'm super tired and I still have a bunch of reading left to do on this whole Primal thing. But the basics, is that you eat a diet that is high in fat (good fat), protein and vegetables (and some fruit). Basically it's no carbs. Like no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes... no grains. No legumes. No sugar.
Sounds hard? I guess, but I'm so sick of being how I am. The biggest thing for me is giving up rice. I love rice with all of my heart and seoul. (haha - did see you see that? yeah, that spelling was on purpose) But I think I'm mentally prepared for this.
So tomorrow I'm having bacon and eggs for breakfast. I know. Sounds pretty horrible ... right?
