Let's cut to the chase:
I LOST
2lbs!!!!
{and with that I give a huge exhale}
So now that I've just about lost all my water weight from the weeks before, it's time for me to get back to losing actual poundage. So may this be my week! I feel like I have the knowledge and now it's just a matter of a little thing called follow-through. But that 'little thing' for some reason is a super big challenge for me. But I'm pumped. It's a new week and I'm ready for it (plus the weather report is looking pretty good as well).
